People becareful!I bought 2 tickets for my parents from Leipzig to Berlin Schnefeld (Airport) and the bus didn't came. Meanwhile we didn't recived any message or email that the bus will not come. So I drove my Eltern to Berlin cause they had to catch the Flight with my personal car. That means, I was spending extra money, I missed the work day ect...But the worst of all is that when I went in the Leipzig Flix Bus center in Leipzig to take my Tickets money back they told that I used already the TICKETS.THEY CHECKED MY TICKETS WITHOUT USING THEM. They are totally crazy people. How can this happen? I tried to talk to them and write about it to the Flix Bus customer but nothing... They totally indifferent..Becareful people. Those companies like Flix bus are dangerous cause they don't care about their customers.I am really disappointed.

3 Fahrten mit Flixbus, 3x 30 Minuten Versptung, Anzeigetafeln funktionieren nur manchmal, Toilette 1, also da zahle ich lieber mehr und fahre mit der DB!
